Saraf and Partners has bolstered its dispute resolution offering with the addition of former Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas partner Gauhar Mirza.

Mirza brings over 15 years of experience representing leading corporations, public sector undertakings, and global technology giants in high-stakes disputes. His practice spans domestic and international arbitration, shareholders’ disputes, construction and infrastructure matters, policy and intermediary liability advisory, and white-collar crime-related issues.

Mirza was a partner at CAM for two years, prior to which he held a partnership role at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. He previously worked with a Saraf team at Luthra and Luthra.
