ANM Global and Scriboard have brought together their technology expertise to create ANM-Scriboard, a strategic partnership combining ANM Global’s media, IP, litigation, and corporate law practice with Scriboard’s expertise in digital ecosystems, data privacy, AI governance, and IP. Both firms will individually continue to exist independently of the new partnership.

The pan-India venture is positioned to “address the evolving challenges of the digital age, where innovation, compliance, brand protection, and risk mitigation intersect.” The partnership will offer services in AI governance, digital brand protection, technology advisory, and comprehensive data privacy solutions aligned with both domestic and global regulatory frameworks.

“In today’s business environment, law is no longer confined to courtrooms and contracts, it lives in data, algorithms, and code,” says Scriboard’s founder and managing partner Rodney D.
